Meet Kira Chantel
Founder of Arcschön
Kira Chantel doesn’t follow beauty standards, she redefines them. A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and Laser Safety Officer (LSO), Kira holds a Bachelor of Science in Medical Studies from Arizona State University and is completing her RN and BSN degrees, with licensure expected by December 2025. She also plans to pursue a Doctor of Nursing Practice to further expand her expertise.
Merging advanced clinical knowledge with an unapologetic commitment to individuality, Kira creates bold, high-impact transformations that center on her clients’ visions rather than mainstream expectations.
Specializing in advanced laser treatments, skin refinement, and surgical consulting, she pairs technical mastery with an artist’s eye. Driven by a belief that beauty should be sovereign, Kira founded Arcschön as a space for curated evolution, where autonomy is amplified, expertise meets rebellion, and self-expression is never asked for, it’s claimed.
Meet Mary McMillin
Medical Director
Mary McMillin is a double board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in aesthetics and medical wellness. She holds a master’s degree in Family Practice, is licensed in six states, and serves as Arcschön’s Medical Director and Laser/IPL Safety Officer, ensuring every treatment meets the highest standards of safety, precision, and care.
Since 2016, Mary has been certified in Botox, dermal fillers, and advanced injection techniques, training alongside some of the industry’s most respected injectors. She also developed a successful medical weight loss protocol using peptides, helping hundreds of patients achieve healthy, lasting results.
Mary’s expertise spans bioidentical hormone replacement, hormone pellet therapy, and anti-aging peptides, offering a comprehensive approach to wellness. Her dedication to mastering advanced techniques and facial assessment perfectly aligns with Arcschön’s mission to deliver care that is bold, ethical, and deeply personal.
