Payment Policy for Arcschön Aesthetics

Arcschön Aesthetics strives to provide premier care with transparency and integrity. This Payment Policy explains our fees, discounts and acceptable payment methods. By scheduling an appointment, purchasing services or products or otherwise receiving care from us, you agree to these terms.
1. Card Processing Fee
To maintain secure, modern payment processing, we charge a 3 % card‑processing fee on all credit and debit card transactions. This fee is assessed by our payment processor and is added to your total at checkout. Arcschon Aesthetics absorbs the remainder of the processor’s costs to ensure pricing remains equitable. The processing fee does not apply to cash payments.
2. Preferred Cash Discount
Clients who pay with cash in full at the time of service are eligible for a 4 % preferred client discount on eligible services and treatments. The discount reflects the cost savings associated with avoiding card‑processing fees and is automatically applied at checkout. The cash discount does not apply to gift‑card purchases, packages, memberships or retail products.
3. Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept the following forms of payment:
• Cash: qualifies for the 4 % preferred discount when paid in full at the time of service.
• Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted; a 3 % processing fee applies.
• Zelle: electronic bank transfer. Please inquire at your appointment for our Zelle routing information. The cash discount does not apply to Zelle payments.
• Cherry Financing: we partner with Cherry Technologies, Inc. to offer financing for qualified clients. Financing is subject to Cherry’s approval criteria and terms. See Cherry’s disclosures and terms of service for details.
We do not accept personal checks, insurance assignments or third‑party payor programs. Elective cosmetic services are typically not reimbursable by insurance, and we will not file insurance, medical savings plan or government benefit claims on your behalf.
4. Deposits & Cancellation Fees
Certain appointments may require a deposit to reserve your time with our providers. Deposits will be applied toward your balance at the time of service. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment without providing sufficient notice, your deposit may be forfeited. Our cancellation and no‑show policy sets forth notice requirements and associated fees.
5. Refunds & Returned Payments
All sales of services, treatments, packages, memberships and gift cards are final and non‑refundable. Because results vary and aesthetic services are elective, we cannot guarantee outcomes and therefore do not offer refunds for rendered services. If a payment is returned or disputed due to insufficient funds, chargeback or other reason, you remain responsible for the full amount owed and any associated bank fees. We reserve the right to decline future services or require prepayment if payments are returned or disputed.
6. Pricing & Policy Changes
Prices, fees and discounts are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We will post updates to our Payment Policy on our website with the revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
